Carol serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of Zygote Press, a nationally recognized nonprofit printmaking studio and gallery. In this role, she helps expand the organization, support artists, increase community access to the arts, and foster creative collaboration in Cleveland’s cultural landscape.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Carol Treska is a Partner in her firm’s Accounting and Tax Group, serving closely held, entrepreneurial, and family-owned businesses. With over two decades of experience, she brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to business owners navigating financial operations, tax compliance, and long-term planning. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, she spent over 11 years as a senior tax accountant at one of the nation’s largest CPA firms and as Director of Family Office Administration and Business Entities at a prominent wealth management firm. Her work has spanned service, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and direct marketing, providing personalized consulting and tax guidance to partnerships, S corporations, and their owners.
EDUCATION
Carol is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of both the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from Miami University and holds a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University.
PERSONAL LIFE
Deeply committed to the Cleveland community, Carol is passionate about combating hunger and homelessness, regularly volunteering with the St. Augustine Hunger Center. She is also a strong advocate for youth education through her involvement with Junior Achievement.
