PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Beth brings over 20 years of public accounting experience to Pease Bell CPAs, LLC. She specializes in providing accounting and assurance services to HUD real estate properties, health and human organizations, and non-profit organizations. She leads the firm's HUD practice, ensuring comprehensive oversight and adherence to regulations. In addition to her client-focused expertise, Beth is dedicated to educating and training employees on changing HUD regulations, helping the team stay informed and compliant.
FOCUS
Active in her professional community, Beth is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves as Treasurer for Fieldstone Farms Therapeutic Riding Center.
EDUCATION
Beth graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting degree from Wright State University, and went on to earn a Master’s of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
PERSONAL LIFE
Outside of her professional endeavors, Beth and her husband are raising two daughters, balancing family life with her impactful career and community contributions.
