Jenn has built her career in marketing, business development, and event planning since 2018. She joined Pease Bell CPAs in 2020, where she plays a key role in driving firm-wide growth strategies. Her contributions have supported the firm's significant expansion, including recognition in 2025 as one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the United States.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
At Pease Bell CPAs, Jenn has been instrumental in driving key initiatives that have elevated the firm’s brand and growth. She has successfully planned and executed more than 100 events throughout her career, led comprehensive marketing strategies, and played a pivotal role in the firm’s office redesign. Jenn also spearheads campus recruiting efforts across Ohio and has organized multiple charity golf outings—raising over $35,000 in support of Akron Children's Hospital. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was named one of Northeast Ohio’s Top 25 Under 35 Movers & Shakers in 2020.
EDUCATION
Jenn graduated from Kent State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She graduated at the top of her class, earning the honor of Gonfalon Bearer, and was also named Kent State’s 100th Homecoming Queen.
PERSONAL LIFE
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their rescued Pitbull. She also loves exploring National Parks, practicing yoga, and hiking.
