FOCUS
Prior to joining Pease Bell CPAs in 2024, Marne spent 11 years working in nonprofit recruiting for Sandler Search, a retained search firm that works with nonprofits, academic institutions, and philanthropies. Previously, she was the Director of Audience Development at Fairchild Summits, Fairchild Fashion Group, a division of Conde Nast and a Senior Conference Developer in the financial information systems division at Dow Jones and Co. She was on the editorial team, developing the content and identifying and booking speakers for venture capital and general business conferences. These experiences have all taught her how to research and find the best candidates for each position. Marne received a BA in sociology and religion with a minor in criminology from Miami University.
PERSONAL LIFE
Marne was a volunteer on Project Otzma in Israel as well as a member of the triathlon team representing Team USA in the Maccabiah Games in 2009. Retired from marathons and triathlons, she spends her time knitting, reading, and schlepping her 3 kids around town to various activities.
