MATT WENGER, CPA

Matt joined Pease Bell CPAs in October of 2022 and is currently a Director in the Assurance Services department. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Matt graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and continued his studies at Akron with a Master of Science in Accounting.

Throughout Matt's career he has performed audits, reviews, and other attest work in various industries including mortgage banking, manufacturing, distribution . Matt also has extensive experience working with clients owned by Private Equity and in accounting for business combinations.

Matt lives in Copley, Ohio with his wife, son, and two dogs, and volunteers at the Akron-Canton Foodbank.
