Pease associates will change hours of operation during the republican national convention

The Republican National Convention will be held in Cleveland, July 18-July 21. Pease & Associates has maintained regular contact with officials from the Cleveland Police Department and Playhouse Square to learn how our area of downtown will be affected. We've developed a plan which allows us to maintain our high standards of client service while allowing flexibility for our staff in dealing with the large influx of people and tightened security during the RNC.

Pease & Associates downtown office will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday, July 18th through Thursday, July 21st. Our staff will have remote access to both email and voicemail after 2:00 p.m. and will be accessible via cell phone. All incoming calls will be handled during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. At this time, we are not anticipating substantial disruptions to mail and express delivery services. Nevertheless, e-mail and telephone will likely be our best form of communication during the RNC. Our office will resume normal business hours beginning on Friday, July 22^nd.

Our Beachwood office is not affected by the RNC and will maintain normal business hours.
